Three dimensional structured fabric cushion material
composed by nano-hybrid textile thread
By making full use of high level textile technologies and venturing
to produce sophisticated textile compositions, we discovered a unique
cushion material, one with unlimited potential in various aspects of
functionality and sensibility. Excellent body pressure distribution,
ventilation, duration and its lightness in weight are the characteristics
of this material.
By material innovation through collaborative research in industry, academia
and government, AQ is recyclable as it is composed of a single material
made of 100% polyester.
Three dimensional structured fabric cushion material
features;
- The ventilation
- The ventilation capacity of AQ is 5 times as cotton futon. The tunnel
air layer of mono-filament moves the moisture horizontally. And only
AQ has abundant ventilation even under your bottom. For your health,
oxygen is crucial.
- The body pressure distribution
- AQ has rich stress even in the area highly weighted. So while keeping
the narrow area, it is possible to distribute the pressure. Supporting
the body pressure by points means difficulty of getting moisture.
- Cushioning property
- By the convex loop and catenated fillings with flexibility and high
resilient function, it broadens the loadbearingarea. (It's a characteristic
of the textile.)With the realiz ation of this cushioning property, the
easy-to-rollover material was born.
- Durability
- AQ supports its weight with the truss construction. What composes
the truss construction is flat monofilament made of PTB. PTB has remarkably
excellent extension recovery ratio, so you can say that the material
which is hard to collapse is used for AQ.
